Online Banking, Bill Payer & Website Upgrades

On June 22, 2021, CME Credit Union will upgrade our Website, Online Banking and Bill Payer service. The upgrade will take place from 8:30am to 11:30am. During this time, our Website, Online Banking and Bill Payer services will not be available.

Regardless of if you are a current OR are new user of Online Banking,

you will need to establish a Logon ID that is different from your account number and current password.

Our Website will look different than it does today, offering helpful information as well as allowing you to apply for loans and open new deposits accounts.



Regardless of if you currently use OR are new CME CU’s Online Banking, you will need to establish a Logon ID and password that is different from your current one. You will do this in three (3) simple steps by using information you already know.


Beginning Starting on June 22, 2021, you will login to Online Banking from the Homepage of our new Website. 

  • At the top of the Homepage will be a menu bar. To the right in the menu Bar, it says “Online Banking Login”. Click on the words and the logon fields will appear.  Below the Log On button it will say, Enroll | Forgot Security Code. Click on Enroll.


  • When you click enroll, a new window will open titled “Enroll in Online Banking”. Check the box next to “I am not a robot” and click “Continue”.
  • Once you click ”Continue”, a new window will appear asking you to enter:
    • Your Member Account Number
    • The last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number
    • The number in your street address (PO Box number if that applies)

Click “Next” to continue.”



  • Once you click next, a new window will appear asking you to establish your login credentials.
  • If you hover over the “?” next to each field, helpful hints will appear to guide you.
    • Logon ID: You will need to create a unique username to log in  This will need to be different from your account number.
    • Security Code: Commonly known as a password. You will key in and confirm your Security Code.

    Click “Enroll” to compete the enrollment process.

 A small green window will appear letting you know you have successfully completed your enrolled. You will then be given the option to “click here” to log on using your new credentials.


Security Questions for Your Protection

We have enhanced the security features of Online Banking. When you login using your new credentials, you will need to select and establish three (3) security questions.


Once you are done with this, you will be asked for your email address and, if you have one, your mobile phone number.  We will only use this information to confirm your identify for Online and soon to come Mobile Banking usage.
